This study seeks to discuss the general orientation of most of the heritage fundamental studies in their connection with the issues related to the effective cause, in terms of its exclusive research on the apparent and prescribed description, and the omission of its second part in its relationship to wisdom with its interest dimension. Following the analytical and descriptive approach, this study has resulted in uncovering the boundaries between the studies on fundamentals and maqasid by highlighting the validity of reasoning with wisdom, and analogy based on the same interest. This expands and broadens the independent reasoning horizons in Islamic jurisprudence, in order to provide legitimate solutions to the varied and complex issues and what the individual and collective reality presupposes at the same time.
